    Date: 2018–2019
Client: The Riffe Gallery, Columbus, Ohio

    Brief Overview

Curator of an exhibition that examines the way fourteen contemporary artists have used the age-old format of the diptych and triptych to create unexpected and exciting juxtapositions within and between works. Breaking free of the traditional idea of hinged panels, these artists use a variety of media to create their works. In some instances, the narrative may not be easily recognizable, but all of the works carry on the initial idea of the pieces telling a story when seen together.

The Urban Landscape: A Tale of Grandeur and Abandonment

    Date: 2014-2015
Client: The Riffe Gallery, Columbus, Ohio

    Brief Overview

This exhibition looked at the city from a variety of artists’ perspectives, all of whom found inspiration in their urban surroundings. Some images were large and vibrant, showing the hustle and bustle of a city and all it has to offer while others had an undercurrent of abandonment and isolation. A few artists worked on a small scale, providing a more intimate experience with the city, whether it be defined by the wires above our heads to the small alleyways we encounter when we walk within the urban landscape.
